Introducing our all new Password:JDM Thermal Shield Intake Gaskets for the 240s!! These are inexpensive and very effective! By using a special material, the intake manifold is better insulated from the hot cylinder head. This lowers intake air temperature which, results in more horsepower and protection against detonation.

- Reduces HP robbing heat transfer into the intake manifold
- Precision CNC machined for superior quality
- Dramatically reduces intake air temperature
- Increases horsepower

For a limited time we will offer FREE SHIPPING in the 50 USA states (yes this includes alaska and hawaii).

Do you have any dyno graphs to illistrate these increased gains?

Phenolic spacers rock. Please tell me that you already have a set in development for us RB guys too?!

Curious if during R&D you guys measured the manifold temp before and after?

Do you run these with a gasket (paper or rtv) on either side, or are these truely a "gasket" and require nothing else to seal?

they totally replace the paper gasket/rtv crap.
these passwordjdm version are copies of another brand I can't mention.
You guys can search around, alot of honda owners use these on their buildups.

we dont have any specific dyno data but as nrg mentioned this is a very inexpensive and popular replacement for many honda guys. we get our gaskets from the same company that makes the hondata gaskets which those have been around for quite some time.

if we have enough demand from RB guys we will look into making one for that motor.

ok, thats what I wanted to hear.. a friend of mine just put a hondata gasket on his 05 Si.. after running the car hard for a good 30 minutes the intake manifold was almost cold to the touch..

i hope to be able to get one of these at this price... :x:
