But you seriously super dooper uber rarely see these cars. They are only used on freeways, I know its different for every prefecture but in mine we only have 3 RX7s.
Its more common to see undercover Skyline cop cars on the streets, than these. This is how I see the progression:
95% standard patrol cars
4% undercover Skyline cop car (maybe 10%-ish in some pref.)
and 1% of these high speed highway cars
