I CANT SPELL! I have gone throught three slave cylinders in 18 months on my car... I have a sr wiith minor bolt ons (spec 6 puck clutch) and the slave cylinders i have been using are from O'rielys(local auto parts store) and the only brand they carry is brake best... So im thinking its cuz they are an off brand and they are made cheaply.. My qeustion is a stock slave cyl. from nissan ganna hold or am i ganna need to look elsewhere like Nismo cuz i always thought 150$ for a slave cyl was retarded...any thoughts?
Thanx

OEM Slave cylinders will outlive most "shop brands" and generic brands according to Alex Pfiefer. From what I've experience, it's true. I went through a Raysbestos slave cylinder in 4 months, but I replaced it with a Tokico from nopi.com shortly after, and still no leaks 6 months later.
OEM: Nissan, Nabco, Tokico
Shop brand: Raysbestos, BIB, etc.
