To begin, here's the dyno.

Here are the mods.
RS*R GT-2 80mm exhaust
Koyo 2row aluminum radiator
T3 Flanged Manifold
ACT 6-puck clutch kit
SARD Blow off valve
R/C Engineering 550cc Injectors
Walbro fuel pump
24" x 12" x 3 FMIC
TiaL .38mm wastegate (.5 bar spring)
Garrett T3/T04E .57trim .63 a/r /w DP Flange
Fuel pump hardwire kit
EGR Blockoff Plate
z32 MAF
Enthalpy Tuned ECU
NGK BKR7E11 gapped to .030"
I bought the Enthalpy ECU used but I am told it was tuned for 550cc/z32 MAF.
We checked the timing and this is right at 20. I did at a pull at 15 and the same thing happened, though a bit less pronounced. Mechanically, everything seems to be in good shape. I'm really not sure what's happening here.
