97-98 frontend conversion on a 95 240??

I just picked up a frontend conversion for my 95 240 and I am wondering if I have everything I need?

Heres what I got
Hood
headlights/corners
fenders

I know I need a grill and possibly a front bumper but i am wondering about brackets or anything like that.

What a weird way to call them. Sound more like tail-lights to me.
