OK my car ran fine one night after i changed my bov and the next morning it snowed so I tried to start my car to warm it up and it wouldn't start. I have got it to start but only with starting fluid and when it is running it is rough and wont rev past 4k and so far I have replaced plugs and wires, checked the cap and rotor every thing is fine there as far as fuel i have around 45-50psi just after the fuel filter other than that i am clue less as to what is wrong
