Well I had been running the Profec "A" boost controller for the last 6 months and it was nothing but headaches. The Fuzzy Logic was getting to me. No matter what I would do or how many times I tuned it, every once in awhile I would boost Zero and or Overboost. It was just too touchy. (also I think the motor was bad since I swapped control units and still had the same problems) a buddy of mine had been running the TVVC and I decided to try it out.

Took me about 5 minutes to install it, took longer to take out the Profec A. Really easy to install, no pic of it on my car but I can throw one up if anyone wants to see it. Took me about 5 runs to get it tuned to 1.0 Bar of boost and it hits strong non stop all the way to 1.0 Bar and holds on the S14 T28 I am running right now. If you are only concerned with a single boost setting, I highly reccomend this item.

Couldn't of you just got the HKS Adjustable Wastegate?
It's probably just as easy to use.

I have the HKS adjustable acuator already. I installed it last month when I thought a bad acuator was causing the boost problems (waste of 12,000 Yen, anyone need a stock S14 acuator?)....It is not as easy to adjust as the TVVC. It;s too hot to make on the street adjustments, now I can click back to stock boost 15 clicks on the side of the road, or a little higher if need be...
