Yeah, i've never heard anything bad about them.

They tend to advertise low prices and then rape you on shipping, but if your cool with that, they are nothing but good to deal with.

BTW, apex WS coilovers aren't dampening adjustable, only ride height adjustable.  I wouldn't get them.  Tein is your next cheapist setup that I know of.  They are height and 16x dampening adjustable.
