S14: Wiper Problems... Wiper Motor Diagnosing?

Hey,
My wipers are currently not working on my ka, just wondering if any could help me out diagnosing the problem. The wipers don't work at all, I have a harness with a black and orange/green wire hanging underneath the wheel, but I think thats for my neutral position switch. I pulled 20A fuse #16, looked fine. Just wondering where I can find the wiper amplifier, or if that is only used for intermittent wipers. How could I test the wiper motor to check to see if that is what is causing the problem. Thanks!

Test the switch first.
Wiper amp is located directly behind the ASCD actuator and servo.

Lol, I'm kinda dumb, but once I look at the FSM i figured it out... Looks like the wiper motor isn't getting positive power to any terminals, but it's getting at least as far as the fuse box, so I'll have to pull apart some wiring tom.
